Easy Instant Pot Pasta Bolognese
This recipe is a dream for busy weeknights! Quick and easy, and full of flavor – your family will love this delicious one pot Pasta Bolognese.

for vegetarian, sub diced mushrooms

Set Pot to Saute
Add onions and saute 3-4 min.
Add garlic and saute for 2 min.
Add ground beef and brown.
Add red wine and deglaze the pot by scraping the bottom.
Turn the pot off.
Add water and salt to the pot.
Add dry pasta.
Add the crushed tomatoes on top, but DO NOT STIR. Just make sure all the pasta is covered.
Replace lid and turn valve to Sealing.
Set to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
When timer goes off, use a quick release for the steam.
Remove lid, and stir well.
Serve, and enjoy!
