Ingredients

shredded Brussels Sprouts

cored and chopped apple

diced celery
1/4

dried cherries or cranberries
plus 1 TBSP reserved for garnish

chopped walnuts
plus 1 TBSP reserved for garnish
Dressing:

Avocado oil

Apple cider vinegar

Honey

sea salt

Instructions
Toss salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
Shortly before serving, stir in dressing. You may want to use your hands to really get the dressing mixed in well.
Garnish with additional walnuts and dried cherries or cranberries.
Chill, then serve.
